Royal Regency apartments have lovely Dubai Marina facing or City facing views.
Individuals and couples can book a studio or one bedroom apartment. Those with bigger families, can opt for the two bedroom apartments.

Check in time at Royal Regency is at 2pm and check out time is at 12pm.
If you want to extend the time, please contact our front desk. We can arrange it at a special price.

Yes, we have a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool. The pool is open from 8:00AM to 8:00 PM.

Yes, we have a spacious parking space for our in-house guests on ground level and underground level.

Royal Regency gymnasium is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Children below the age of 15 years are not allowed to the gym.

If you wish to stay one month or longer at Royal Regency, check out the special rates available on all room categories. Please contact the property directly for receiving the best rates for long term stays.

For daily stay the cleaning and housekeeping will be offered daily however for monthly stay we offer once a week complimentary full service cleaning.
For monthly stay additional cleaning can be requested at extra charges as per the hotel policy.

Yes, we do provide washing machine with all the monthly stay however we also have a coin operated common laundry room. You can buy coins from our reception at a minimal cost. In addition, there is an iron and ironing board available in your room. If you wish to have your clothes professionally cleaned, we have aligned with a laundry company to have the clothes picked up and dropped off at an additional rate.

The studio and one bedroom apartment can accommodate two adults and one kid below 12 years of age. The two bedroom apartments can accommodate a total of four adults and two children below the age of 12 years on sharing bed.

There is an extra bed available on request, for which an additional fee of AED 175 per night will be applicable. We also have sofa cum beds in the living room of one bedroom and two bedroom apartments.
